Concept development plans for Falls Church Housing Corporation's City Center South Apartments were unveiled by Director Carol Jackson at the Housing Corp's Annual Meeting on January 31st. City Center South Partners is a community-based nonprofit partnership between FCHC and Homestretch, Inc. The development will be built with Atlantic Realty Companies as the master developer and the City of Falls Church serving as local government partner.
