	AHC Incorporated, an Arlington County-based affordable housing provider with broad expertise in housing development. AHC owns more than 2,500 housing units -- specializing in resident participation, quality property appearance, on-site resident services, and intensive preventive maintenance. AHC is known for its entrepreneurial approach to locating affordable housing wherever opportunities can be found.
	NDC Real Estate Management, Inc. FCHC properties are managed by a respected residential property management firm with extensive, multi-state housing experience.
	NVAHA. The Northern Virginia Affordable Housing Allliance promotes policies and programs that address unmet needs by providing housing choices for households of all income levels.
	Virginia Housing Development Authority. FCHC also has an ongoing, productive relationship with VHDA, the state's mortgage finance agency. VHDA finances the purchase and rehabilitation of rental housing for low- and moderate-income Virginians.
