Consultants

Liz Bramlet serves as a consultant to developers, syndicators, property managers and government officials active in the affordable housing industry. Liz provides guidance on the use of the LIHTC program and HUD programs to create and preserve affordable housing. She provides guidance to managers on creating efficient management systems while maintaining compliance with government program requirements. Liz coordinates activities between developers, property managers and government officials to ensure successful affordable communities. Falls Church Housing Corporation is a non-profit, charitable organization, established in 1981, to preserve and create more low and moderate income eligible housing available to within Falls Church. As the City of Falls Church community based housing provider, FCHC is the private sector partner named by the City to cooperatively achieve its comprehensive plan housing goals. FCHC is available for all development and preservation housing projects desiring a non-profit partner in the greater Falls Church area.

For more than twelve years, Interfaith Housing has built a network of volunteers and partners who have helped us to better understand the people of Western Maryland and the homes they need. With their guidance, we are building independence by building the places that people call home.

The Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless (MCCH) leads the effort to end homelessness in our community by creating housing options, providing supportive services and facilitating collaboration, education and advocacy based on the belief that every person is entitled to the dignity of a home. MCCH provided emergency shelter, transitional and permanent housing, and supportive services to 1,500 men, women, and children experiencing homelessness in 2006. In addition, MCCH's nonprofit housing development arm, Coalition Homes, Inc., creates and manages permanent housing for homeless individuals and families in our community.

Robert Pierre Johnson Housing Development Corporation (RPJ Housing), founded by the National Capital Presbytery in 1978, is a non-profit organization whose mission is to develop and preserve affordable housing for limited income individuals and families and to strengthen communities in the Washington Metropolitan area. Victory Housing is the non-profit affordable housing arm of the Archdiocese of Washington. We specialize in the development and operation of assisted living residences for frail elderly, as well as rental apartment communities for low- and moderate-income seniors and families.
