HAND provides its members a mix of personal and web-based services including:

• Lunch meetings or half-day seminars on topics suggested by our members for our members. Past topics have included tax-exempt financing, nonprofit financial management, low-income housing tax credits, beginning and advanced loan underwriting, property management, and employment law. All meetings are free and lunch or refreshments are always provided.
  
  
• Nonprofit, Consultant/Sole Practioner, Government Agency, and For-Profit members receive a free link on the HAND web site's HAND Members list.
  
  
• Free use of the HAND web site's Message Board for the posting of employment notices and other messages of interest.
