ABOUT
In 2014, NCRC created GROWTH (Generating Real Opportunities for Work Through Housing) to help create homeownership opportunities in low-and-moderate income (LMI) communities, or on behalf of LMI persons, or both. We utilize both local nonprofit and for-profit developers to assist with the three parts of the mission associated with this work: homeownership, financial coaching, and workforce development.
