HAND Members Tapped to Lead Redevelopment of Hebrew Home

This week DC Mayor Muriel Bowser announced HAND member Victory Housing and Brinshore Development to lead the redevelopment of Hebrew Home in the Petworth neighborhood. Additionally, HAND member and sponsor Wiencek + Associates Architects + Planners will serve as the architect. The site is a historic landmark that was constructed in 1925. The project will include 88 senior affordable housing units in the refurbished Hebrew House, another 91 rentals in a newly constructed adjacent building (of which 66% of the units will be affordable) and eight for-sale homes.
