HAND’s Program Committee works diligently each year to gauge the professional development needs of those working to address housing affordability across the Capital Region of Baltimore, Washington and Richmond. Registration Fees
Sessions are free for HAND members, with the exception of place-based curriculum that provides participants opportunities to receive certifications and continuing credits as part of the course. Non-members are charged a fee for all sessions, however you can always take advantage of our low-cost dues, and join the organization to receive free and discounted training for your entire organization!
