TMA has earned many awards for green building efforts including a regional award from the Federal EnergyStar program, as well as EarthCraft designation on 10 developments, an EarthCraft nomination as Multifamily Developer of the Year, and an EarthCraft nomination as Multifamily Renovation Project of the Year.

The real estate portfolio of T.M. Associates properties includes over 100 apartment developments, totaling nearly 7,000 units, and values exceeding $500,000,000.
