HAND works diligently each year to gauge the professional development needs of those working to address housing affordability across the Capital Region of Baltimore, Washington and Richmond. Our robust training and capacity building schedule is released in the fall of each year, and offers a wide variety of educational sessions, networking opportunities and more.

WHO CAN ATTEND?
All are welcome! Whether you are based in Baltimore, DC or Northern Virginia, looking to learn, or just network with fellow professionals, there is room for you at the table. Sessions are free for HAND members, with the exception of place-based curriculum that provides attendees with opportunities to receive certifications and continuing credits as part of the course. Non-members are charged a fee for all sessions, however you can always take advantage of our low-cost dues, and join the organization to receive free and discounted training for your entire organization!
