WHO CAN ATTEND?

All are welcome! Whether you are based in Baltimore, DC or Northern Virginia, looking to learn, or just network with fellow professionals, there is room for you at the table. Sessions are free for HAND members, with the exception of place-based curriculum that provides attendees with opportunities to receive certifications and continuing credits as part of the course. Non-members are charged a fee for all sessions, however you can always take advantage of our low-cost dues, and join the organization to receive free and discounted training for your entire organization!
