WHO CAN ENROLL
Participation is only available to nonprofit members of HAND (with the exception of consultant members, who can access retirement packages). Not a Member Yet? Medical plans are available to HAND nonprofit members with two or more employees working 20 or more hours per week. Vision, life and dental plans are available to HAND nonprofit members with one or more employees working 20 or more hours per week. Only W-2 employees at nonprofit members of HAND may enroll. Board members, contract employees and volunteers cannot enroll in VitalHealth. Enrollment requires an additional $500 annual fee.

- Nonstop Health Program (Cigna & Kaiser): Experience ultimate convenience with these unique plans. Enjoy $0 dollar out-of-pocket costs of deductibles, co-pays and prescriptions within the extensive in-network provider network.
- Kaiser Permanente DHMO Plus Plan: This innovative plan combines the benefits of a Kaiser Permanente DHMO in-network plan with an out- of- network benefit with the security of Nonstop’s no out-of-pocket costs for covered in-network services.
- Comprehensive Coverage: Most plans offering: Occupational & physical therapy, acupuncture/chiropractic services, infertility treatments (limited), healthy lifestyle programs.
- Low-cost Dental and Vision Plans: In and out of Network options with nationwide coverage.
- Basic Life insurance with Guarantee issue (no underwriting), meaning your employees will never have to submit to a medical exam or questionnaire to receive coverage
