The Innovative Academy of Liberal Arts & Sciences (IALAS) IALAS utilizes a 2-Generation approach to provide STEAM (science, technology, entrepreneurship, arts, and mental health) education, career training, economic empowerment, and innovative mental health services for students and parents that have been geographically and politically isolated from key resources and opportunities to build wealth east of the river in the District of Columbia.
