The Neighborhood Development Company (NDC) was founded in 1999 by Adrian Washington. His goal was to create a unique and dynamic real estate development company that would focus on the revitalization of emerging urban neighborhoods. The company’s mission is to create exciting residential and commercial properties that advance the revitalization of urban neighborhoods while respecting the rich diversity of their existing fabric. NDC believes that neighborhoods can prosper without losing the vibrant diversity, neighborhood history and urban lifestyles that make each community unique in the first place.
