Youth for Tomorrow to Open New Home for At-Risk Girls
A new 5,000 square foot facility will soon be available for at-risk girls in Northern Virginia. Construction on the new residence, which will have enough room for 36 pregnant teens, young mothers, homeless and runway youth, and sex trafficking victims, is being led by HomeAid Northern Virginia and Toll Brothers and its network of construction trade partners that will donate expertise, labor and/or materials to the project.
The home will include a three-bedroom, attached apartment to accommodate the house parents. House parents will be responsible for the daily care and safety of the 11-17-year-old girls. Construction of the new 5,000 square foot residence is expected to be completed this year.
