Arlington’s FY 2017 Community Development Fund Application Period is Now Open
Arlington County’s fiscal year (FY) 2017 (July 1, 2016-June 30, 2017) Community Development Fund Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) has been posted to the county website.
Nonprofit and eligible 501(c)(3) organizations are invited to submit proposals through this NOFA requesting funds for programs and services that help to improve the economic conditions and quality of life for low and moderate income individuals in Arlington. Typical Community Development Fund programs include public services, business development, job training programs, employment services, affordable housing, and more.
Applications are due to county staff no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, September 11, 2015. Required proposal contents include:

NOFA Workshop: County staff will host an optional workshop for prospective applicants detailing FY 2017 NOFA and application process. In addition to the workshop, there will be a presentation on the recently released OMB super circular guidance, which will cover the new indirect cost guidelines, audit requirements, and more. Please view the flyer for the workshop. Attendance is NOT mandatory but interested organizations are strongly encouraged to attend.
